Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Carla Creates Co order! As many of our items are handmade, please note that slight variations may occur between products.

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order, with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where an item has a major problem, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement as required by law.

Return postage arrangements for faulty or incorrect items will be discussed with you before anything is returned.
