Processing Times

Ready-made items will usually be dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Custom-made orders may require additional processing time. An estimated timeframe will be provided when your custom order is confirmed.

Australian Shipping

Standard Shipping — $11 AUD

Express Shipping — $15 AUD

FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $100 AUD

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

United Kingdom Shipping

Standard International Shipping — $30 AUD

Estimated delivery is approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch. International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Tracking

Where tracking is included with your chosen shipping service, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Once your order is on its way, delivery timeframes may be affected by the postal carrier, weather, customs or other circumstances outside our control. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
